Oh uhm. o.o Used to MSN for me just would not open. It would show up in the processes but it would never actually open. If I left the process up, like 3 days later it would finally open. Then I'd start using it. Then after an hour it would crash.

Thank God, I'm not alone.

o__o Wow, I'm glad that's never happened to me. When MSN refuses to start, I'll have to dive into my C drive to find the actual Live Messenger folder. Usually works then.

The original executable wouldn't even work at those times.

Restarting didn't change anything, I'd just have to wait days for it to work again.

RE: A Perfect Messenger?
the one good thing about Vista is, the 64 bit version recognizes Windows Live Installer, so you don't have to go download the Windows Live Messenger MSI file

So a while back I had an odd dream that my little brother was tearing my pillows apart accusing me of stealing and selling his SuperNES (which he doesn't have). My response in the dream was the following. "Do you honestly believe that if I'd stolen your SNES, I'd have sold it? I'd be PLAYING that bitch"

RE: A Perfect Messenger?
I dont really see the need for another messenger. All of them do the same
job. U send a text message to another person. U can even use ur cmd for
that.

RE: A Perfect Messenger?
Except, I use messengers for more than that, such as video call capability. And each messenger has a different way of handling it (for instance, MSN handles webcams differently than Skype, and I have seen a difference in quality between those two messengers). Also, messengers also handle chat rooms differently. I don't think cmd can handle video call/chat room capability Tongue

RE: A Perfect Messenger?
It's technically not another messenger..it's another client.
